Neotex 4.0 Center at Hannover Messe

neotex 4.0 center team is participating, as part of a Tunisian delegation and within the Tunisian pavilion, in the Hannover Messe fair from April 22 to 26.

Hannover Messe is the annual must-attend technological event for all industry and technology players, including manufacturers, technology providers, startups, and more.

The Tunisian delegation comprises representatives from the Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ), as well as representatives from technology parks and Industry 4.0 competence centers, including the Neotex 4.0 Center, which focuses on the textile and technical textiles sectors. The delegation also includes 10 Tunisian technology providers, offering them a platform to showcase their solutions to a broad international audience.

The delegation’s primary objective is to promote the Tunisian industrial sector and national technological innovations on an international scale, while also highlighting the country’s efforts in digitalization and Industry 4.0.

neotex 4.0 center’s participation as a co-exhibitor within the Tunisian pavilion aims to present the center and its services on a global scale. Additionally, it aligns with the center’s mission to enhance the quality of services it offers to the textile industry. This presence provides its technical team with the opportunity to explore the latest trends in Industry 4.0 technologies, supporting their role in technological monitoring and enabling them to better advise companies.

On the other hand, attending this international fair offers neotex 4.0 center members the chance to engage in discussions and establish collaborative relationships with technology providers. These connections are essential for effectively guiding and advising Tunisian manufacturers in their digital transformation efforts.

This initiative is part of the national program “Towards an Industry 4.0 in Tunisia,” launched by the Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Energy with the support of the European Union and the Special Initiative on “Decent Employment for a Just Transition” – Invest for Jobs. It is mandated by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ.
