On Wednesday, October 18th, 2023, neotex 4.0 center took part in the launch event of the new course offering by the National School of Engineering of Monastir (ENIM) in collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (ONUDI).
This event, bringing together various actors of the textile industry 4.0 ecosystem (manufacturers, researchers, students and support institutions) was an opportunity for neotex 4.0 center to present its project and its portfolio of services to all participants.
Neotex 4.0 center seized this opportunity to highlight the current and future need of companies to recruit profiles specialized in supporting the industry transformation and in change management, which this new master degree helps meet.
On the sidelines of this event, and concluding the first part of the seminar, a meeting bringing together representatives of ENIM, ONUDI and neotex 4.0 center hold place in order to study the possible avenues of collaboration between neotex 4.0 center and ENIM.
This collaboration between the educational institution and the competency center will improve the course offering in order to shape future managers and project managers better suited to undertake industrial transformation projects and lead them to term.
The center, as federator of the textile industry 4.0 ecosystem will be able to raise awareness within future graduates on the benefits of adapting an Industry 4.0 and also transmit the actual needs of the textile companies in order to be able to continuously adapt the quality of the proposed training.
On the other hand, the educational institution can profit from the center’s expertise and the resources made available as part of this collaboration in order to continuously improve the teaching quality through practical training.
This action is part of the National Initiative «Towards an Industry 4.0 in Tunisia» launched by the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy with the support of the European Union and the Special Initiative «Decent Work for a Just Transition» – Invest for Jobs, mandated by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ Tunisia.
