Helmut Schmidt University-HSU in Germany, in collaboration with Monastir-El Fejja Competitiveness Pole (MFCPOLE), is pleased to invite you to participate in the “Let’s Innovate” Hackathon.
“Let’s Innovate” Hackathon is part of the Places of Incubation 2 (PISWI 2) project, led by Helmut Schmidt University in collaboration with Monastir-El Fejja Competitiveness Pole (MFCPOLE), ENIM, ENIT, and ISET Ksar Hellal.
As part of this initiative, a call for projects and ideas has been launched to identify challenges faced by the Tunisian textile industry, which can be addressed through the services of the OpenLab Neotex 4.0, managed by MFCPOLE. This OpenLab is equipped with a variety of digital manufacturing and prototyping machines.
Submissions are open to any company in the textile and clothing sector in Tunisia that has an industrial need that can be addressed through this hackathon. These needs may include: tool/machine customization, small-batch prototyping, manufacturing of spare parts for machinery, improving efficiency in manufacturing processes, and more.
You can participate either as a full team of 5 members or as representatives from your company who will collaborate with young students to develop customized solutions. Alternatively, you can submit industrial needs and proposed solutions directly.
By participating in this hackathon, you can:
- Leverage the creativity and skills of young students to develop and implement customized solutions to industrial needs.
- Benefit from expert technical coaching (provided by Helmut Schmidt University, Germany) to develop and implement proposed solutions.
- Take advantage of the opportunity to act as a technical expert to oversee the implementation of the solution.
